Verwaltungssitz ist die Stadt <a href="Sidmouth" title="Sidmouth">Sidmouth</a>; weitere bedeutende Orte sind <a href="Budleigh_Salterton" title="Budleigh Salterton">Budleigh Salterton</a>, <a href="Exmouth_(Devon)" title="Exmouth (Devon)">Exmouth</a>, <a href="Honiton" title="Honiton">Honiton</a>, <a href="Ottery_St_Mary" title="Ottery St Mary">Ottery St Mary</a> und <a href="Seaton_(Devon)" title="Seaton (Devon)">Seaton</a>.
